About The Position
Sky Zone Crew Members are part-time associates who can gain work experience across multiple departments while developing workforce skills such as customer service, safety management, and effective communication. The role offers opportunities as a Court Monitor (Safety Crew), Café Associate, Party Host, or Front Desk Membership Sales associate. Applicants do not need prior work experience, but an application is required. Crew Members work closely with park members, guests, and colleagues and are expected to provide a friendly, memorable customer experience while maintaining a safe, healthy, and clean environment.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Comfortable engaging with large groups of people.
- Able to work a flexible schedule during park operating hours, including normal business hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
- Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods.
- Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.
- Able to frequently communicate and interact with employees and customers in a busy, often loud indoor environment.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a high-volume, customer-facing role, such as entertainment, retail, service, or fitness; ideal but not required.
- Customer service or sales experience is a bonus.
