About The Position

Jabil is hiring multiple engineering interns in Florence, Kentucky, for its Summer 2027 Internship Program. Available positions include Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Test Engineering, and Automation Engineering internships. The program offers opportunities to engage with Jabil leaders; participate in professional development, networking, social, and community engagement events; serve on committees with other interns; receive mentorship; and tour Jabil facilities.

Interns support their teams through assigned projects and tasks, day-to-day operations, documentation, data analysis, and process improvement work. Applicants should be pursuing an engineering-specific major or related field and be rising seniors graduating in May 2027 or August 2027, or recent 2026 graduates.

Requirements

• Pursuing an engineering-specific major or a related field.
• Be a rising senior graduating in May 2027 or August 2027, or a recent 2026 graduate.
• Basic proficiency in reading, writing, and mathematics.
• Strong computer skills, including general PC and Microsoft Office experience.
• Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, and draw logical conclusions.
• Ability to follow simple instructions and execute tasks with attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret data, graphs, and basic metrics.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Complete projects and tasks assigned by the Functional Manager.
• Assist with day-to-day operations, processes, and documentation needs.
• Follow Environmental Health & Safety standards, work practices, and company policies.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Collect, organize, and analyze data to support decision-making and process improvements.
• Help identify issues, gather relevant information, and develop practical solutions.
• Support process documentation, work instructions, and operational procedures as needed.
• Adapt to deadlines and changing priorities.
