About The Position

Sky Zone Crew Members are part-time associates who can gain experience across multiple departments while developing workforce skills such as customer service, safety management, and effective communication. The available opportunities include Court Monitor (Safety Crew), Café Associate, Party Host, and Front Desk Membership Sales. An application is required, but prior work experience is not required. Crew Members work closely with park members, guests, and colleagues and are expected to provide a friendly, memorable customer experience while maintaining a safe, healthy, and clean environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Comfort engaging with large groups of people.
• Able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours, including normal business hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods.
• Able to lift and/or move a minimum of 20 pounds.
• Previous experience in a high-volume, customer-facing role is ideal but not required.
• Customer service or sales experience is a bonus, but not required.
