About The Position

Crew Members are generally responsible for delivering great and friendly guest experiences. They prepare products according to operational and quality standards and serve them with enthusiasm in a clean and fast paced environment. They work as part of a team to meet our Guests’ needs and give them a reason to come back. Besides the responsibilities or regular crew members, openers are tasked with preparing the store for opening.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • Basic computer skills
  • Capable of counting money and making change
  • Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
  • Work well and interacts with others respectfully
  • Respond positively to coaching and feedback
  • Communicate with team members
  • Able to learn and execute multiple tasks
  • Provide guest service
  • Follow Brand standards, recipes and systems
  • Follow safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws
  • Maintain clean and neat work environment
  • Understands and exceeds guest expectations, needs and requirements
  • Develops and maintains guest relationships
  • Displays a sense of urgency with guests
