About The Position

The 2nd Shift Crew Leader is responsible for distributing work, helping keep the team on task, and training new associates. This role assists the Warehouse Supervisor with daily tasks, plans nightly duties according to priority, schedules teams, and directs operational work. The position also performs warehouse replenishment, put-away, and shipping processes; retrieves and transports products; and identifies and maintains needed equipment, tools, and supplies. The role requires maintaining a safe, clean work environment in compliance with company and OSHA standards, working independently and collaboratively, assisting other departments, and working overtime when necessary. Consistent attendance and punctuality are required. The position is based at Wilson Sporting Goods Co.’s Warehouse / Distribution Center in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, in an open, collaborative, high-tech work environment. The shift runs from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Starting pay is $22.00 per hour.

Requirements

Ability to successfully complete PIT training and operate a Reach Truck and Order Selector.
Ability to work the scheduled shift and overtime when necessary.
Must be a full-time Wilson Associate.
Basic computer, math, and communication skills.
Ability to plan and execute daily schedules and priorities.
Ability to handle multiple jobs and responsibilities simultaneously.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to treat everyone with respect and professionalism.
Willingness to work independently and in a team environment and to help in other departments.

Nice To Haves

Previous general SAP experience.

Responsibilities
