About The Position

Auntie Anne’s Pretzels is hiring a seasonal Crew and Cashier member at Citrus Park Town Center for the holiday season. The role involves preparing, baking, and serving pretzels and other menu items, welcoming guests, and handling transactions while working with a high-energy team to keep the store running smoothly during busy periods. Pay is $15.00 per hour plus tips, which average an additional $2–$3 per hour. Mall hours avoid very late nights and early mornings. The position includes fully paid training and an employee discount. Top-performing seasonal employees may be invited to remain as permanent staff, with potential eligibility for career growth, tuition reimbursement, and health, dental, and 401(k) benefits.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, twist, bake, and serve fresh pretzels and other menu items.
• Greet guests, take orders efficiently, and process cash and card transactions accurately.
• Work with the team to maintain a clean, welcoming store environment during busy periods.
