About The Position
Maritime Coffee Time, a Dunkin’ franchisee in the greater Annapolis area, is hiring a Restaurant Team Member. Team Members help maintain a positive, upbeat restaurant culture while balancing speed and quality, particularly during busy periods. They prepare food and beverages according to Dunkin’ operational standards, provide guest service, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. The role may include taking orders and handling payments at the drive-thru or front counter. The position offers full-time or part-time work. Pay is $15–$17 plus tips, with pay based on experience and availability. Candidates with open availability—including opening, mid, closing, and weekend shifts—may be considered for the higher pay range.

Responsibilities
- Follow brand standards, recipes, and procedures.
- Follow food safety standards.
- Prepare food and beverages.
- Assemble and package orders.
- Understand the menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, and answer guest questions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas.
- Stock workstation items such as cups and lids.
- Take orders at the drive-thru or front counter and handle payments, if applicable.
- Meet speed-of-service standards while delivering accurate orders.
- Serve and communicate with guests.
- Maintain a guest-focused restaurant culture.
- Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers.
- Organize and maintain stockroom and refrigerated areas.
