About The Position
As a Crew & Cashier member at Auntie Anne’s, you will create memorable guest experiences by preparing, baking, and serving the company’s products. You will work with a team to process transactions accurately, maintain an upbeat atmosphere, and serve fresh pretzels. The role is at the Auntie Anne’s location at Tanger Outlets Hilton Head. Chestnut Land Company, founded in 1994 and headquartered in Boardman, Ohio, is the largest domestic franchise partner of Auntie Anne’s Soft Pretzels and Cinnabon. It operates more than 100 locations across 14 states and describes its workplace as fun and supportive, with employees’ voices heard and achievements recognized.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, bake, and serve fresh pretzels and other menu items.
- Greet customers, take orders efficiently, and process cash and card transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, welcoming, and fast-paced store environment.
