About The Position
Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a dynamic and energetic intern for its Summer 2027 Credit Internship program. This nine-week internship is designed to provide college students with meaningful work experience in banking and finance, focusing on developing future organizational leaders. Interns will gain experience in the Credit department, analyzing borrower creditworthiness and managing risk by evaluating financials, testing covenants, and participating in committee reviews. The program encourages learning through asking questions and stretching personal capabilities to advance careers.
Requirements
- Current full-time student enrolled in an accredited undergraduate degree program
- Degree emphasis in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field

Responsibilities
- Support analysts by learning how to track and update daily credit logs
- Practice financial spreading and covenant testing under guidance
- Observe and contribute to committee meetings to learn how lending decisions are made
