About The Position

Apple Bank is seeking a Summer Intern for Credit/Operational Risk. This 10-week paid program offers collaborative, hands-on learning to sharpen professional skills. The program focuses on development through work experience, formal learning, self-knowledge, and mentorship. The internship runs from June 7, 2027, to August 12, 2027. It includes an in-person first week in NYC for onboarding, training, and team building, followed by a hybrid working model (4 days in office, 1 day remote). Interns will engage in meaningful work within their assigned department, work on a team project presented to Senior Leadership, and benefit from individual development opportunities, coaching, and mentoring.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a related Bachelor’s degree program as a rising Senior.
Expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
Preferred GPA of 3.0 or above.
Experience using MS Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Currently authorized to work in the United States with no restrictions.
Highly motivated and results-oriented.
Dedication to learning and a passion for the banking industry.
Ability to work both independently and on a team.
Organizational skills, a high degree of self-motivation, initiative, and leadership potential.
Ability to prepare deliverables for meetings while exhibiting professionalism, maturity, and insight.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Innovative and creative problem-solving ability.
