About The Position

The Credentialed Trainer helps Access Champions and other end users meet the education objectives for tools and services included in the Access initiative. The role focuses on supporting faster adoption, increased utilization, and greater proficiency while minimizing impacts on productivity. The Trainer provides classroom and operational support for Access and Epic implementation training activities, trains end users in the classroom as assigned, answers questions, helps users navigate the system, and reports issues to the project team for prompt resolution. The Trainer completes the Epic Credentialing process designed by the Instructional Design team and passes a competency test to train users on Epic-specific functionality. The position may involve travel between offices and collaboration across multiple teams and communities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or three years of related work experience, preferably including training program design, implementation, and delivery; an equivalent combination of education and experience may also qualify.
Ability to obtain Credentialed Trainer status with the Epic Training Leadership Team.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Education or Healthcare.
Multilingual language skills.

Responsibilities
