About The Position

The Credentialed Trainer helps Access Champions and other end users learn the tools and services included in the Access initiative. The role focuses on supporting faster adoption, stronger ongoing utilization, and greater user proficiency while minimizing effects on productivity. The trainer provides classroom instruction and operational support for Access and Epic implementation training activities. They train end users as assigned, answer questions, help users navigate the system, and report issues to the project team for prompt resolution. The trainer must complete the Epic Credentialing process designed by the Instructional Design team and pass a competency test to train users on Epic-specific functionality. The role includes travel between offices and collaboration across teams and communities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or three years of related work experience, preferably including training program design, implementation, and delivery.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered if it provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the position.
Ability to obtain Credentialed Trainer status with the Epic Training Leadership Team.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Education or Healthcare.
Multilingual language skills.
