About The Position

Creator Match is seeking a Creator Marketing Manager specializing in YouTube to lead creator-side strategy, talent selection, negotiations, and execution for YouTube marketing campaigns for B2B, SaaS, AI, and technology brands. The role combines platform expertise, commercial judgment, and creator relationship management, with responsibility for successful YouTube partnerships from sourcing through publication and follow-up. The Creator Marketing Manager works alongside an Account Manager, who owns client relationships, campaign objectives, budgets, and client-side success. The Creator Marketing Manager owns creator strategy, sourcing, commercial negotiations, creator relationships, and creator-side outcomes. A dedicated Creator Associate handles primary creator-side execution under the manager’s direction; the manager sets priorities, reviews work, manages escalations, and remains accountable for results. The role also supports Creator Coordinators and Draft Reviewers. Creator Match is a full-stack, brand-side creator marketing agency serving technology brands. Its programs include short- and long-form creator partnerships, paid media, brand trips and events, and influencer gifting. The company describes its environment as lean and fast-moving, with campaign demands that may occasionally require extended hours and evening or weekend responsiveness.
