We’re looking for a Creator Lead to drive the execution of creator-led content (UGC, self-tapes, creator edits) within a portfolio of brands. This role acts as the bridge between our creative strategy team and our growing network of part-time and contract creators. The Creator Lead will work alongside strategists to analyze performance and translate insights into creator execution. This involves prototyping new creative approaches by filming oneself, writing scalable briefs, identifying and coaching creators, and managing the pipeline to produce numerous content pieces from a single strategic idea. The role requires active participation in the creative process, including content creation, providing feedback, and elevating the standard of creator-led work.
