They are specifically looking for people who already understand direct-response marketing, customer psychology, and creative strategy within the DTC/e-commerce space. The ideal person has initiative and creativity, is ambitious and self-driven, can work independently, understands how to identify winning concepts, and understands how to combine trends with customer psychology. We are looking for people who truly understand people and know how to sell through creative. Responsibilities

  • Creating high-performing creative concepts across multiple formats, including video concepts, UGC concepts, AI video concepts, and static concepts.
  • Writing hooks and scripts.
  • Developing new creative angles.
  • Researching trends and competitors.
  • Analyzing what’s currently working in the market.
  • Studying customer psychology and emotional drivers.
  • Helping improve creative systems and workflows.
  • Collaborating with editors, creators, and the creative team.
  • Consistently producing strong creative output at high hit rates.
