Now we're looking for someone to help tell that story. We're looking for a Creative Strategist who lives at the intersection of gaming culture, paid advertising, and creative production. This isn't a role where you'll write briefs and wait for someone else to bring ideas to life. You'll spot opportunities before anyone else does. You'll turn gamer insights into creative concepts. You'll write the hook, shape the story, direct the execution, launch the test, analyze the results, and decide what gets made next. You'll be the person responsible for answering one of the most important questions in growth: What creative should we make next, and why?
