About The Position

Fanatics Betting & Gaming is seeking a Creative Operations Lead to drive the end-to-end planning, resourcing, and execution of creative work supporting our Fan Ecosystem. As the primary operational partner to Brand and Creative, this role is responsible for shaping how work gets done—owning intake, defining scopes and timelines, and ensuring the studio is resourced effectively against business priorities. This role operates as both an executional leader and a thought partner to the Sr. Director, Creative Operations—helping to evolve workflows, inform capacity planning, and identify opportunities to improve speed, quality, and scale. The Creative Operations Lead brings structure and clarity to a complex, fast-moving environment, ensuring that creative output is aligned to strategy, delivered efficiently, and meets the highest standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in creative operations, project management, or a related field, preferably within a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage resourcing and capacity across multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Proven experience influencing cross-functional teams and driving alignment without direct authority
  • Strong expertise in project management tools (Airtable or similar platforms preferred)
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to connect operational decisions to broader business impact
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

  • Experience navigating regulated environments or compliance-driven workflows is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the end-to-end creative workflow from brief intake through final delivery
  • Evaluate incoming briefs for clarity, strategic alignment, scope, and level of effort; partner with stakeholders to refine inputs before work begins
  • Develop and manage resourcing plans across all studio projects, aligning team capacity to business priorities in partnership with the Sr. Director, Creative Operations
  • Establish, implement, and continuously optimize workflows, tools, and best practices to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability
  • Serve as the central point of accountability for timelines, deliverables, and process adherence across all studio work
  • Lead project management within Airtable, ensuring data accuracy, visibility, and actionable reporting
  • Manage cross-functional approvals, including legal and compliance, ensuring all deliverables meet regulatory and state requirements
  • Maintain a strong understanding of regulatory guidelines and proactively mitigate risk across all outputs
  • Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve blockers, balancing competing priorities and driving solutions across teams
