We’re looking for a Creative Operations Coordinator to own how content is managed, distributed, and maintained across the organization, while supporting how creative work flows from brief to execution. This role supports the Creative Marketing team across Shock Doctor, McDavid, Cutters, Pearl iZUMi, Nathan Running, and a new fitness brand, EQYP Fitness, ensuring assets are organized, accessible, and ready for use across teams and channels, and that projects move efficiently through the system. You will support and maintain the systems behind the work, including Brandfolder, Salsify, server organization and monday.com. This is a high-volume, multi-brand environment that requires strong attention to detail, structure, and follow-through. You bring a process-first mindset, take pride in clean systems, and help create clarity in how work gets done. This role supports the day-to-day execution of systems and workflows, while the Creative Operations Manager owns overall creative process.
