About The Position

This role is for a Creative Marketing Specialist who is design-savvy and has a passion for marketing. The individual will be responsible for making KBC Tools, Inc. look and sound amazing. The position is based in Sterling Heights, MI, and operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Requirements

A degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design—or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of hands-on marketing experience.
Solid computer skills, including Adobe Creative Cloud (especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and MS Office.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work in a team environment.
Familiarity with email platforms, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and SEO.
A multitasking mindset—you juggle projects like a pro.
Integrity, curiosity, and a healthy appreciation for deadlines.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute initiatives to bring ideas to life across digital and print – social media, email, flyers, brochures, web, and more.
Create eye-catching visuals, scroll-stopping content, and sharp copy that’s on-brand and on-point.
Keep our website and ecommerce platforms fresh and fabulous.
Research and keep up to date on current market trends, industry activity, and audience insights to track what’s working.
Maintain our brand across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and wherever else we show up. Monitoring performance and KPIs for open rates, CTR, and conversions to provide ideas for optimization.
Help optimize our content for SEO, so we shine in Google’s spotlight.
Team up with marketing, purchasing, and other departments to make magic happen.
