The SMB Team is seeking an internal, Creative Marketing Director to lead and elevate the creative engine behind SMB Team's marketing across all channels. This role is responsible for building and managing a high-performing, high-output creative operation, overseeing everything from brand identity, ad creative, and collateral to video production, photography, and copy. It is both a strategic and deeply hands-on role where the candidate sets the creative vision, maintains an uncompromising standard of quality, and personally contributes to execution across disciplines at times. As a key partner to the CMO, CEO, and CIO, this person will work alongside a robust marketing team, collaborating with specialists across demand generation, paid media, content, and marketing operations to ensure creative output is aligned, high-performing, and impossible to ignore. Every piece of creative must be on brand, conversion-focused, and built to perform.
