SMB Team is seeking an internal, Creative Marketing Director to join our team. This role exists to lead and elevate the creative engine behind SMB Team's marketing across all channels. The Creative Director is responsible for building and managing a high-performing, high-output creative operation — overseeing everything from brand identity, ad creative, and collateral to video production, photography, and copy. This is both a strategic and deeply hands-on role: the ideal candidate sets the creative vision, maintains an uncompromising standard of quality, and personally contributes to execution across disciplines at times. As a key partner to the CMO, CEO, and CIO, this person will work alongside a robust, powerhouse marketing team, collaborating with specialists across demand generation, paid media, content, and marketing operations to ensure creative output is aligned, high-performing, and impossible to ignore. Every piece of creative, whether an ad, a video, a landing page, or a photo shoot, must be on brand, conversion-focused, and built to perform.
