The Craft Recruiting Administrator supports field hiring processes for candidates interested in employment or being processed for field-assigned roles. The role answers candidate questions, assists with applications and onboarding paperwork, reminds candidates about pre-employment tasks, and helps maintain candidate records. It is office-based and reports to a physical location, with anticipated hours of 40 per week. Overtime may be required or needed as approved, and non-standard shifts may be required at any time of day or week, including weekends and holidays. Employment is at will and may change according to departmental needs. The role is primarily based in a comfortable office environment, though exposure to job-site and weather conditions may occur. Some locations may involve harmful materials or chemicals, fumes, odors, loud noise, dangerous machinery, lead-based paint, asbestos, or other hazardous substances. Personal protective equipment must be worn where required, and the employee must follow safety procedures and exercise care around hazards. Physical demands include standing or walking for long periods; reaching, handling, or manipulating objects; frequently lifting up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds; climbing ladders, scaffolds, and other objects with tools and equipment; stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling; working at great heights; and having adequate visual acuity, eye-hand coordination, physical fitness, and balance.
