About The Position

National Powersport Auctions (NPA) is hiring for CR Services. This person reviews the mechanical status of vehicles arriving at the facility and prepares condition reports to share with prospective buyers. The position also involves operational checks, entering findings into an internal management system, processing vehicles for auction, and helping with vehicle loading and placement.

Requirements

• Good working knowledge of computers.
• Good working knowledge of powersport vehicles and their mechanical operation.
• Ability to maneuver and operate a two-wheel motorcycle with expertise.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds.
• Ability to push a rolling 900-pound motorcycle with relative ease.
• Must not be sensitive to chemicals, cleaners, or fuel fumes.
• Ability to follow company and safety guidelines and use company equipment appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Review the mechanical status of vehicles arriving at the facility and prepare condition reports for prospective buyers.
• Determine and accurately report the overall condition of each vehicle in the internal management system.
• Verify vehicle identification numbers, including year, make, and model, against the vehicle label and internal system; communicate discrepancies and correct them as necessary.
• Tag parts and accessories that are included with a vehicle but are not attached to it.
• Check vehicle fluids and add them as needed to manufacturer specifications.
• Add comments as necessary during the condition reporting process.
• Scan vehicles in and out during auctions and processing days.
• Place vehicles for auction as required and planned by the GM.
• Help unload and load vehicles from trucks and trailers as needed.
• Take responsibility for company equipment and tools associated with condition reporting and report misuse or violations of company and safety guidelines.
• Follow company standards for attendance, respectful conduct, safe vehicle operation, appropriate dress, and keeping the work area neat and clean.
