ACES is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician to help children with autism develop communication, social, and problem-solving skills through evidence-based applied behavior analysis (ABA). The role provides one-on-one therapy in ACES centers or in home-based settings and uses techniques from the company’s training program. Behavior Technicians track client progress with a company-issued iPad and data systems and collaborate with families and supervisors to support each child’s growth. The position starts at approximately 15 hours per week, with opportunities to build additional hours depending on availability and business needs. Clinical work is paid at $22.00–$28.00 per hour; non-clinical work, including training, travel time, and meetings, is paid at $16.90 per hour.
