About The Position

Matrix Research, Inc. is currently seeking a full time, onsite Senior CPSO for our growing business in the Beavercreek, Ohio area. This position will establish and maintain strong working relationships with Matrix security staff, engineers, and government customers. The role involves managing and enforcing DoD security programs and requirements for various program types and levels of classification. The Senior CPSO will utilize industry best practices and be part of a team that supports Matrix's Security needs. This role requires a self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage tight deadlines.

Requirements

  • Experience in all security disciplines with the ability to integrate requirements into a successful security program - Physical, Technical, Personnel, Cyber, and/or Operational.
  • Working knowledge of NISPOM 32 CFR Part 117 and Intelligence Community Directives.
  • Working knowledge of Security databases including DISS, NISS, e-QUIP, SWFT.
  • Knowledge of Closed Area Standards and ICD 705.
  • Top Secret SCI (eligibility) clearance in place with an investigation date in the last 5 years.
  • 5+ years of related Senior work experience as a CSSO and CPSO with DoD, IC and other USG agencies.

  • Knowledge in construction of, obtaining accreditation of, and management of SCIFs/SAPFs and their requirements (including TEMPEST) for various government agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day security management, oversight and implementation for a Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Facility as a Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) along with experience as a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) in accordance with DoDM 5105.21 volumes 1-3.
  • Integrate security requirements into a successful security program across Physical, Technical, Personnel, Cyber, and/or Operational disciplines.
  • Generate and implement security plans for secure areas (SOP, OPSEC, etc).
  • Manage the construction of, obtaining accreditation of, and management of SCIFs/SAPFs and their requirements (including TEMPEST) for various government agencies.
  • Develop and administer security education training for SCI.
  • Review and track DD254s and generate subcontractor DD254s as needed.
  • Initiate and manage personnel clearance lifecycle.
  • Ensure successful preparation and completion of security inspections/audits by government customers.
  • Ensure physical security of classified areas including semi-annual maintenance of alarm system(s) that meet UL2050 certification.
