About The Position

Servers are responsible for providing exceptional guest service to Club Members by greeting guests, taking food and drink orders, and promoting a great dining experience.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to interact with co-workers in order to ensure compliance with company service standards
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Must be fluent in English
• Must be available to work an irregular schedule
• Must be able to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in Spanish
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in a high-volume club or restaurant

Responsibilities

• Setting up and maintaining feast items
• Taking food and beverage orders from guests
• Demonstrating knowledge of menu and/or feast items and features
• Taking food orders, making note of any special needs
• Demonstrating and following all rules and regulations regarding alcohol service
• Keeping the work area clean and sufficiently stocked
• Securing payment for food and beverage orders
• Providing outstanding customer service
• Other duties as assigned
