About The Position
Courtesy Clerks at Tony's Fresh Markets bag purchased groceries for customers, packing efficiently and carefully to maximize space without overloading bags or damaging produce and other soft items. They provide cordial, respectful customer service and may assist customers with taking groceries to their vehicles, without accepting tips. When cart flow is low, they bring carts into the store. The role requires being prepared for outdoor weather conditions while retrieving carts, including rain, snow, extreme cold, and extreme heat. Other duties may be assigned or required. The position is in a typical retail store environment, with noise levels ranging from quiet to loud and minimal sitting. The store operates from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week. Candidates must be at least 16 years old and available to work weekends and holidays. The stated hourly pay range is $15.40–$20.10. Individual pay depends on location and factors such as skills, relevant work experience, education, and training. Requirements

- Be able to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, twist, reach, and walk while handling products or using equipment.
- Be prepared to retrieve carts in varied weather conditions, including rain, snow, extreme cold, and extreme heat.
Responsibilities
