About The Position

The Courtesy Team Member supports the front end of the store by bagging groceries, collecting carts, cleaning, and completing other tasks that help provide customers with a memorable experience. This role calls for a friendly, accountable, and responsible team player who can work safely at a fast pace, pay close attention to detail, and learn new tasks. The position may involve assisting customers with groceries, helping them locate items, and supporting general store operations.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age, or 16 years of age with a valid work permit.
• Friendly and customer-service oriented.

• Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Bag customers’ groceries neatly and orderly.
• Verify prices for cashiers when necessary.
• Collect shopping carts from the parking lot.
• Assist customers with carrying groceries to their cars.
• Maintain a cheerful and helpful attitude toward customers and other Team Members.
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the store and restrooms.
• Assist with go-backs and accompany customers to locate items throughout the store.
