About The Position

This is a Course Lecturer position for ENVB 210: The Biophysical Environment within the Department of Natural Resource Sciences at McGill University. Requirements

  • PhD in soil science or a related field.
  • Experience teaching in a soil science course, preferably including a laboratory or field component, as an Instructor or Teaching Assistant.
  • Authorized to work in Canada.
  • Willing to work in the province of Quebec.
  • Proficient in English communication, both verbally and in writing.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in one or more of the following: soil chemistry, soil physics, soil fertility, biogeochemical cycling of C, N and P.

Responsibilities

  • Teach ENVB 210: The Biophysical Environment.
  • Be available on the day of a scheduled final exam.
  • Grade final exams as part of the contract.
