About The Position

The Department of Global Engineering is accepting applications for a Semester Lecture appointment (temporary position) to teach undergraduate and/or graduate course(s) in the Department of Global Engineering. Duties include but are not limited to: holding office hours; grading assignments and submitting grades; may participate in curriculum development; traveling abroad and course coordination. All courses are taught in person on the University’s main campus in Columbus, Ohio. The Ohio State University will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to or demonstrated efforts in teaching that reflect Ohio State’s Shared Values.
