[Coupang Pay] Senior Business Development Specialist

• Define business requirements for launching new services
• Lead project setup and collaboration with relevant departments for problem-solving
• Perform practical tasks such as analyzing industry/technology trends and competition, and discovering insights
• Define requirements and execution plans for driving service growth strategies
• Lead partner discovery and negotiation, and maintain current partnerships
• Have at least 3 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, and project management
• Have strong analytical and data-driven thinking skills
• Have excellent collaboration and communication skills with relevant departments
• Have a passion for creating new services from the initial stages and performing various roles required
• Have proficiency in both Korean and English languages
• Preferred: Experience in M&A, strategy, or business development in investment banking or consulting firms
• Preferred: Experience in creating and growing new businesses in startups
• Preferred: Experience in managing various issues through on-site focused thinking and direct interaction with business owners
• Preferred: Experience in fintech, retail finance, or working capital-related fields

• 현장 중심적 사고로 직접 점주와 마주하며 다양한 이슈를 관리한 경험한 분
• Fintech, 소매금융, working capital 분야 관련 경험이 있는 분
