Requirements

Graduation from high school; or Any equivalent combination of training and experience.
Meet the PA residency requirement.
Be able to perform essential job functions.
Pass a background investigation.
Pass a drug screening (conditional offer of employment).
Satisfactory criminal history reports including, but not limited to, PA State Police clearance, PA Child Abuse history clearance, and FBI Fingerprint clearance (conditional offer of employment).

Responsibilities

Provide guidance in budgeting, parenting education, hygiene, nutrition, and home upkeep
Teach practical skills such as cooking, food shopping, and maintaining a safe home environment
Transport consumers to supervised visits and required appointments
Provide child care when needed and assist families with completing applications and forms
Prepare detailed written reports after each appointment and contribute to treatment planning meetings
Navigate varied environments, climb steps, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines under changing conditions
