Requirements
- Graduation from high school; or Any equivalent combination of training and experience.
- You must meet the PA residency requirement.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
- Satisfactory criminal history reports including, but not limited to, PA State Police clearance, PA Child Abuse history clearance, and FBI Fingerprint clearance.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients, residents, and families with daily living activities such as budgeting, hygiene, nutrition, food preparation, and resource use
- May provide transportation for clients to medical, dental, and other needed services, and ensure appointments are kept
- Offer basic information about safe travel in county vehicles, including seat belt use and maintaining control
- Treat all information regarding consumers as confidential
- Perform routine clerical tasks and assist with report preparation as needed
