The role helps clients access services, maintain daily routines, and navigate important appointments.

Requirements

• Graduation from high school; or Any equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Possession of a valid driver's license which is not under suspension.
• Meet the PA residency requirement.
• Ability to perform essential job functions.
• Pass a background investigation.
• Satisfactory criminal history reports including, but not limited to, PA State Police clearance, PA Child Abuse history clearance, and FBI Fingerprint clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe transportation for clients to medical, dental, court, and recreational appointments
• Support clients and families with routine daily living tasks and household needs
• Deliver basic information and contact clients who miss scheduled appointments
• Distribute and transport essential items such as equipment, clothing, and personal belongings
• Supervise children during office visits and assist in crisis situations within client homes
