Requirements

Graduation from high school; or Any equivalent combination of training and experience.
Meet the PA residency requirement.
Be able to perform essential job functions.
Pass a background investigation.
Pass a drug screening (conditional offer of employment).
Satisfactory criminal history reports including, but not limited to, PA State Police clearance, PA Child Abuse history clearance, and FBI Fingerprint clearance (conditional offer of employment).

Responsibilities

Assist families in setting up and following a budget
Provide in-home parenting education and help with nutrition and household care
Drive clients to appointments and hearings when needed
Supervise parent and child interactions in foster care settings
Offer emergency childcare, food, and supplies as needed
Help gather information, maintain files, and provide written reports to caseworkers
