Requirements

Two years of professional experience in public or private social work.
A bachelor's degree with major course work in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or other related social sciences.
Any equivalent combination of experience and education which includes 12 college credits in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or other related social sciences.
Meet the PA residency requirement.
Ability to perform essential job functions.
Pass a background investigation.
Pass a drug screening (conditional offer of employment).
Satisfactory criminal history reports including PA State Police clearance, PA Child Abuse history clearance, and FBI Fingerprint clearance (conditional offer of employment).

Responsibilities

Supervise program staff, manage schedules, review performance, and monitor case quality.
Direct Resource Family and Independent Living program operations, including training, compliance, and reporting.
Represent programs at agency meetings and community events.
Ensure required Independent Living services are delivered and collaborate with partners.
Carry cases as needed and participate in supervisory on-call rotation.
Complete documents, attend required meetings, and perform related tasks as assigned.
