About The Position

Blair County Children, Youth & Families (CYF) is looking for an Ongoing Casework Manager to be part of their Administrative team. As a Casework Manager 1 with Blair County CYF services, you will play a key part in supporting programs that protect children and assist families. This role gives you the chance to help interpret program goals, guide staff, and support strong service delivery. Your work will help strengthen coordination across the agency and improve overall outcomes. This is a great opportunity to contribute to meaningful change in your community.

Requirements

• Three years of experience in public or private social work which included one year in a public welfare program and one year in a supervisory capacity
• A bachelor's degree which includes or is supplemented by 12 college credits in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or other related social sciences
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training which includes 12 college credits in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or other related social sciences
• Meet the PA residency requirement
• Be able to perform essential job functions
• Submission of criminal history reports (conditional offer)
• Pass a background investigation (conditional offer)
• Pass a drug screening (conditional offer)

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and county laws, regulations, policies, and procedures
• Guide agency staff in program planning and interpretation of program goals
• Advise staff on challenges related to the coordination of Children, Youth, and Families services
• Assist the Administrator and Assistant Administrator with supervisory and administrative tasks
