About The Position
The Counter Supervisor oversees employees and provides clients with excellent customer service. The role actively participates in training, supervising, and mentoring sales associates and assists the location manager with day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise staff and oversee daily operations during the shift.
- Ensure positive customer experiences by exceeding expectations.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Uphold company standards by ensuring cars are presentable to customers.
- Greet customers, disclose rental rates and terms and conditions, and obtain customer signatures.
- Use effective sales techniques to encourage customers to utilize service options.
- Receive telephone calls and handle customer-related issues.
- Maintain and update rental agreement files.
- Complete car exchange requests in the computer system.
- Communicate with shuttle drivers.
- Perform related responsibilities as assigned or required.
