About The Position

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or sales.
• Dynamic individual with a strong sense of service and ability to find solutions for customers.
• Efficient and organized, comfortable with both physical tasks and customer interaction.
• Good computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers at the counter, retrieve desired products, and process payments.
• Answer various questions, suggest alternative or complementary products as needed.
• Answer calls professionally and redirect them when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized counter to optimize the customer experience and implement effective merchandising.
• Assist warehouse or sales staff when required.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and systems used.
