About The Position

This is a versatile position where no two days are the same. You will split your time between customer service at the counter and warehouse operations. The work environment is clean and structured, serving a regular commercial clientele with reliable, high-quality products. There are real opportunities for advancement.

Requirements

• Alert individual with a strong team spirit and sense of service.
• Reliable, meticulous, and autonomous person.
• Comfortable in both a physical role and a relational role.
• Ability to lift loads up to 50 pounds and a concern for working safely.
• Comfortable working with computer equipment and rolling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and meet their needs.
• Retrieve requested products and process transactions.
• Answer questions, suggest alternatives or complementary products.
• Answer calls and redirect them as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive counter area.
• Collaborate with the sales team and stay updated on products and systems.
• Unload deliveries, verify quantities and quality of goods.
• Promptly report any discrepancies or damages.
• Place and locate merchandise according to established practices.
• Carefully prepare orders within the required deadlines.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and functional, and suggest improvements.
• Provide support at the counter or with merchandising when necessary.
