About The Position

White Cap is hiring a Counter Sales Associate to serve walk-in, phone, and will-call customers. The role processes orders and quotes, provides product information and technical assistance, helps resolve customer issues, and identifies opportunities to recommend related products and promotions. The associate may also pull orders and perform other duties as assigned.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with sales order computer software, preferably Oracle.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
• Spanish language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in, phone, and will-call customers.
• Process orders, quote prices, enter orders into the system, and provide order information to customers.
• Pull orders as required.
• Explain product features, benefits, and warranty policies to customers.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and applications by providing technical advice, troubleshooting, and helping resolve customer problems.
• Upsell related products and add-on extensions and inform customers about product promotions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
