Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to walk-in, phone, and will-call customers.
• Process orders, quote prices, enter orders into the system, and provide order information to customers.
• Pull orders as required.
• Communicate product features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and advise customers on product applications, troubleshooting, and resolving problems.
• Upsell related products and add-on extensions, and inform customers about product promotions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
