About The Position

Benefit is seeking a part-time, 22.5-hour Solo Counter Manager at Brown Thomas Limerick. The role focuses on meeting sales targets, delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing brow services, and supporting the counter’s day-to-day operation. Although previous team management experience is not required, the position includes management responsibilities.

Have 2–4 years of customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment.
Have a passion for sales success.

Responsibilities

Provide waxing, tinting, and tweezing services to customers.
Connect with customers, demonstrate products, meet individual sales targets, and contribute to counter goals.
Develop in-store and external events, collaborations, product launches, and charity initiatives to increase sales and brand awareness.
Maintain stock levels and promptly report inventory concerns to the Area Manager.
Communicate information between store or department managers and area managers.
Oversee daily, weekly, monthly, and annual administrative tasks and support the Area Manager with store operations.
Maintain hygiene, housekeeping, and presentation standards for the counter and displays.
