About The Position

Clarity Recruitment is hiring a Support Pharmacist in County Limerick, approximately 20 km from Tipperary Town. This is a full-time, 12-month maternity leave cover with an immediate start. The role is Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays preferred (approximately one in three, negotiable). There are no late nights or Sundays. The pharmacist will join a well-staffed, supportive team comprising a superintendent pharmacist, a supervising pharmacist, three pharmacy technicians, and three to four front-of-shop staff. The pharmacy uses the MPS dispensing system.

Requirements

• Registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Good time management.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and efficient dispensing service in accordance with pharmacy guidelines.
• Ensure the safe and effective delivery of medicines.
• Engage actively with customers to encourage customer loyalty and confidence.
• Maintain appropriate pharmacy stock levels, including correct storage and monitoring of dated products.
• Perform other duties as required.
