About The Position
This position is responsible for various tasks within the count room, including the physical handling of bill validator boxes from slot machines and assisting with the counting of table drop boxes. The role also involves contributing to the maintenance of count room equipment and ensuring adherence to Indiana Gaming regulations and company policies. The job requires the ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods, follow company service standards, and work varied hours, including holidays and weekends.
Requirements
- Knowledgeable of the Indiana Gaming regulations as well as the company’s internal controls, policies, and procedures.
- Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for prolong periods of time (7+ hours).
- Must be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and weekends as necessary.
- Must be available for regularly scheduled work.
Nice To Haves
- Able to assist in the upkeep of the count room equipment and provide recommendations when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Manually pull the Bill Validator boxes out of Slot machines.
- Assist other employees with the counting of the table drop boxes.
- Assist in the upkeep of the count room equipment and provide recommendations when necessary.
- Follow the Company Service Standards model.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
