About The Position
The Count Room Representative is responsible for various tasks within the casino's count room operations. This includes physically handling bill validator boxes from slot machines, assisting with the counting of table drop boxes, and maintaining count room equipment. The role requires adherence to Indiana Gaming regulations and company policies, as well as excellent customer service. The position operates within a 24/7 casino environment, primarily indoors with controlled temperatures, and may involve occasional outdoor exposure.
Requirements
- Knowledgeable of the Indiana Gaming regulations as well as the company’s internal controls, policies, and procedures.
- Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for prolong periods of time (7+ hours).
- Must be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and weekends as necessary.
- Must be available for regularly scheduled work.
Responsibilities
- Manually pull the Bill Validator boxes out of Slot machines.
- Assist other employees with the counting of the table drop boxes.
- Assist in the upkeep of the count room equipment and provide recommendations when necessary.
- Follow the Company Service Standards model.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
