About The Position

One Love Agency is hiring a full-time Counselor / Therapist (LPC, LCPC, MSW, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, SUDC) for our Pocatello office, starting immediately. This role is for someone who wants a quiet room and a full schedule, and also desires to have a hand in shaping the environment around them. For over fifteen years, One Love Agency has supported families through difficult times, with six offices across Idaho and Utah. They serve adults in crisis, children and families needing support, and individuals recovering from addiction, focusing on those who are often underserved by other systems. The agency operates on the principle of 'hānai' (to take in, to raise as your own), fostering a family-like environment for both clients and staff. The team functions as a village, where every role is crucial to client success, emphasizing collaboration and mutual support. The agency is guided by three core principles: Clients (prioritizing their needs above all else), Compliance (ensuring quality documentation for client care and agency protection), and Community Partners (maintaining strong relationships with referring organizations).
