About The Position

One Love Agency is hiring a full-time Counselor / Therapist (LPC, LCPC, MSW, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, SUDC) for our Pocatello office, starting immediately. This role is for someone who wants a quiet room and a full schedule, and also desires to have a hand in shaping the environment around them. One Love Agency has been serving families for over fifteen years across Idaho and Utah, supporting adults in crisis, children and families, and individuals recovering from addiction. The agency operates with a philosophy of 'hānai' (to take in, to raise as your own), fostering a family-like atmosphere among staff and a supportive approach to clients. The agency emphasizes a team-based approach where every role is crucial to client care, focusing on three core principles: Clients (the priority in all decisions), Compliance (ensuring quality care through documentation), and Community Partners (maintaining trust with referring agencies).
