About The Position
Paul Mitchell The School Clear Lake is hiring a full-time Cosmetology Instructor to teach and mentor students preparing for careers in the beauty industry. The instructor teaches cosmetology theory and practical skills using the Paul Mitchell curriculum, demonstrates current techniques and best practices, and supervises students in the clinic classroom. The role also involves fostering an engaging, inclusive learning environment and collaborating with educators and leadership to support students’ professional and personal growth.
Requirements
- Current Texas Cosmetology License (required).
- Passion for education, mentorship, and student success.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
