About The Position
Paul Mitchell The School Logan is looking for a dynamic, energetic, and student-focused Cosmetology Instructor to join their education team full-time. Requirements
- Current Utah cosmetology license (required)
- Instructor license or eligibility to meet Utah's instructor requirements
- Passion for education, mentorship, and student success
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Nice To Haves
- Previous teaching experience is a plus, but we're happy to provide training for the right candidate
Responsibilities
- Teach cosmetology theory and practical skills using the Paul Mitchell curriculum
- Coach and mentor students throughout their educational journey
- Demonstrate current techniques, trends, and industry best practices
- Supervise and support students in the clinic classroom
- Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with fellow educators and leadership to deliver an exceptional educational experience
